We can have a return to Constitutional Governance! . . . Simply 'write-in' on your ballot: “Ron Paul, Lake Jackson, Texas - President.”

Perhaps you’ve been told or overheard someone saying: “The ‘write-in vote’ is a waste”! . . . No! This is false! . . . But as long as partisan politics can make you think that this is true; then the partisan elite control our future, as a herd of cattle going to the slaughterhouse.

The truth is this: Our "constitutional vote" in the JURY BOX --- and our "write-in vote" in the BALLOT BOX are our two most sacred rights! These two votes express the sovereign's will! --- with these two votes we can maintain our authority over the governance of this nation! With our "jury vote" we can nullify BAD LAW, and with our "write-in vote" we can nullify BAD LAWMAKERS!

For most if not all of our adult life we’ve been brainwashed to register and vote by party affiliation — which is necessary for the State Primaries; but in the FINAL NOVEMBER ELECTION you can vote for whomever you please — even if to do so you must “write-in” the Name, Town, and Office Proposed, of the man or woman you choose! Ballots MUST provide a space for this choice!

If you choose to “write-in” --- Dr. Ron Paul, Lake Jackson, Texas - President --- it SHALL be counted and recorded, or if necessary litigated in the courts into validity!

Why vote by “write-in”? . . . The answer is simple:

We need Ron Paul as President and very likely “write-in” shall be the only way to make this happen!

Make no mistake, anything and everything about this present “voting system” (as it is instituted in this Nation today) is under the totalitarian control of the international banker families who own and operate both parties of the Democratic & Republican Partisan “Elite” as well as the non-federal Federal Reserve --- quintessential targets of Dr. Ron Paul’s Policy about “Guns”!

So any real prospect of a Ron Paul Republican Party Nomination for President on the 2008 Printed Ballot has all the probability of a "Tsunami Warning for West Texas!"

Regardless of what you may have heard about the “write-in” vote; the key to success lies in getting it counted.

The “write-in” vote is valid. And we can be assured that the count will take place and become part and parcel of the public record! All that remains is the circulation of this word, and when the November 2008 election time arrives, your “write-in vote” and a proper execution of the recording process!

We CAN elect the President of ourchoice and put Ron Paul in the Oval Office and once again have TRUE GOVERNANCE of our Republic by the rule of law under The Constitution for the United States of America, — by the fundamental Document for the de jure governance of America.

The voter wishing to participate in this “write-in” campaign will go to the polls and vote as usual, but with the following Five Simple Exceptions:

1. On the regular printed ballot sheet there will be 3-6 blank lines for “write-in” vote entries — or in the case of mechanical/electronic voting devices simply ASK THE PRECINCT CAPTAIN for instructions on how to effect “write-in” voting using the subject device, then;

2. Using a ball-point pen for paper, or by the available method explained by the Precinct Captain; “write-in” the NAME, TOWN & OFFICE PROPOSED of the candidate(s) of your choice, e.g. “Ron Paul, Lake Jackson, Texas - President.” Then complete the Ballot selections other than those “written in.”

3. Sign your name somewhere on the ballot sheet, for later confirmation if need be.

4. Note the voting SYSTEM being used and the PRECINCT I.D., and the address of the voting place you use.

Then, as soon as you can thereafter — AND THIS IS IMPORTANT:

5. Write an Affidavit (a letter) for this purpose and have it notarized or witnessed-to by a friend, creating a SECURE RECORD should vote-count litigation arise at some future time.


The number of "ordinary ballots" filed plus the number of "write-in ballots" should equal the total number of "ballots processed" at the local precinct. This can be verified --- if need be --- under Guard.

These "freedom boxes" are becoming limited indeed! . . . . We must recover the "ballot box" while we still can!
